Nutripure Beverages Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Purchase Bottling Plant (Public, PINK:NBVG).

Nutripure Beverages Inc. announced the Company has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire an East Coast bottling plant. The plant is fully operational and is distributing a line of beverages, a distributorship which NutriPure would expand throughout the Eastern Seaboard and the Southeast U.S should the acquisition plan be completed. The plant also has sufficient capacity that would allow NutriPure to quickly install its specialized equipment for the manufacture of its Nu2O enhanced bottled water products. Both companies have agreed to move as quickly as possible toward a formal purchase agreement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Nutripure Beverages Inc. announced that it is actively pursuing the acquisition of at least one bottling plant for manufacturing its upcoming line of Nu2O enhanced bottled water products and other beverage products. NutriPure has already submitted a competitive bid for a plant located in the Western U.S. and is anticipating a final decision on that acquisition very soon, and has simultaneously entered into negotiations for the possible acquisition of an East Coast plant as well. Both plants are fully operational and currently producing high quality beverage lines that the Company believes could be quickly expanded, and either or both of the plants would also be used for the manufacture of NutriPure's soon-to-be-released Nu2O enhanced water products

Firma Gold properties. In return, B2 Digital, Inc. will receive 90% of the net profit after deduction of any capital or operating costs incurred in their role as JV Managing Partner. Firma Gold will receive 10 percent of the net profit under terms of the Joint Venture Agreement.
