 (EMAILWIRE.COM, April 04, 2011 ) Quebec City -- A Quebec High School secretary, Samantha Ardente, has been suspended with pay while the School Board decides if she can keep her day job.
While officials admit Ardente hasnÂ’t done anything against the law, the school board said her moonlighting activities donÂ’t align with the values being taught at the school.
The issue arose after a 14 year old student identified her in a porno film, Serial Abusers 2. The student asked for her autograph, but was denied the request and told to keep quiet.
The student did the opposite, and proceeded to create a a Facebook page of the school secretary/porn star using her own name.
As word of her adult activities spread around school, and popularity of the Facebook page grew, Ardente decided to go to her bosses and tell them of the situation.
Louise Boisvert, school board spokesman, has confirmed that the student was also suspended for creating the Facebook page in Ardent's name. Administrators are set to meet with him and family members this week. It is unclear if the boy's family has retained an attorney.
Since 2002 Ardente has worked for the school board, and has worked at Les Etchemins High School for the past two years. Her fate in that position will be determined later this week.
Ardente's story is not unique. Tericka Dye, a science teacher at Parkway North High School in Missouri, recently was on administrative leave from her teaching position at her own request after it was revealed that she had previously been a porn star.
